There’ll be a new playable character, a new planet to fight on, and a number of new modes to play. Yet that hasn’t stopped DICE from continuing to support the game, and its next update looks set to build Battlefront 2 up in sizable fashion.Ĭoming this Wednesday, September 25, the newly-announced “Cooperation Update” will add all sorts of new content to the game. Two years on, most people still associate it mainly with EA’s controversial approach to microtransactions at launch, which buried it under all the bad press.
